VICTIM IS UNKNOWN. PROPERTY IS VACANT. NEIGHBOUR HAS NOTICED THE LOCK DAMAGED AND DOOR INSECURE. LAST TIME NEIGHBOUR IT IS CERTAIN IT WAS SECURE WAS APPROXIMATELY A MONTH AGO.
